Airfryer Crumbed mushroom and 3 cheese chicken
Total cooking time 10 minutes at 180°
Today I was joined by my eldest daughter, Tammi, for a fun Valentine’s cookoff at Hirsch Homestore in Milnerton.
We had so much fun recreating this quick and easy supper.
I thought I’d share my recipe so you can make it too.
You will need:
- Crumbed chicken fillets
- Dennys mushroom sauce
- Grated gouda cheese
- Parmasan cheese
- Cheddar processed cheese slices
- Microgreens
- Chia and cocoa salad sprinkle
- Vinaigrette
Method
Airfry the crumbed chicken for 8 minutes. Flip the chicken after 4 minutes, to cook each side.
After 8 minutes place your chicken in a casserole dish and top with mushroom sauce.
Add grated gouda cheese and a generous sprinkle of parmasan cheese.
Airfry for a further 2 minutes.
Remove and place on top of a bed of micro greens and chia and cocoa salad sprinkle, lightly drizzled with vinegarette.
Cut a heart from a cheddar processed cheese slice and place onto of the chicken.
Garnish with parsley.
Ooo did you use the Philips air fryer? That’s the one I have. It really looks delicious.
