Experience a sound sensation with the Free Silo concerts at the V&A Waterfront

One of the things I love about Cape Town is the abundance of talent all around.

From local artists to amazing musicians and street performers… there is something for everyone’s taste.

Silo concerts

With an abundance of events to choose from, one of the events high on my list of things to do is to visit the Silo concerts.

Silo Concerts at V&A Waterfront
One Friday a month at 7 pm, you can enjoy a variety of local artists performing live at the Waterfront’s Silo District in front of the Zeitz MOCCA Museum.
These events are Free of charge and the Silo concerts were established in 2018. After a long break through Covid, the organizers ( and the public) are excited to welcome the event back.

Concerts

The 2022/2023 concerts opened on Friday, November 4 with the much loved and highly talented Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra.

Concerts will be held on selected Friday evenings between November 2022 and April 2023, with local artists performing beautiful musical acts.

What to take along

The concerts are free and you can join on the steps or put out a blanket to enjoy the music, dance, and have an evening of fun.
So take along some friends for a great night out.
