Prams require regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent rust, odours, stains, and ensure the pram glides easily across the ground.
Unclip the fabric seat cover from the frame and read the care label. If the instructions on the care label do not recommend machine washing, soak the cover in hot soapy water in a bucket for 5 to 10 minutes. For stains you can scrub with a brush.
If you can’t remove the cover, vacuum up dirt and scrub any stains with a nail brush and hot soapy water. I like to use a baby washing powder with a cap of baby softener added to the water.
Dry the cover in a flat position in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
Wash the straps and other removable pieces by hand and towel dry them.
Clean the wheels by removing any debris or dried mud with hot, soapy water.
Next wipe down the entire frame, and apply a small bit of Q20 to all the moving parts. This will help to prevent rust on your pram.
Once all parts have dried, reassemble your pram.
Whoa! This blog looks just like my old one! It’s on a entirely different topic but it has pretty much the same layout and design. Excellent choice of
colors!
