BUILD YOUR OWN GINGERBREAD HOUSE WITH WILLOWBRIDGE SHOPPING CENTRE

BUILD YOUR OWN GINGERBREAD HOUSE WITH WILLOWBRIDGE SHOPPING CENTRE

It isn’t Christmas for us until we have built a gingerbread house.

There is just something magical about the smell of ginger in the air as you navigate the Christmas chaos of trying to get your gingerbread house to stay together whilst hoping that the kids don’t eat all the sweets before they have decorated the house.

Traditionally I buy a kit as there are so many amazing local bakeries offering wonderful gingerbread house kits at affordable prices.

This year I discovered that Willobridge centre are once again hosting their Build a gingerbread house kits and so, I naturally booked for Hamish.

I booked early as these workshops always sell out within days of the tickets going live. We missed out last year and booked with a local event and the quality was very substandard compared to that which we’ve become accustomed at the Willobridge kids cooking events.

Why I rush to book these events

Hamish loves being in the kitchen and I think this will be a wonderful way for him to add his own personal touch to our Christmas table.( If it lasts that long)

Our experiences at Willobridge kids events have always been positive. The event organisers, Jelly Bean events, never disappoint with their magical decor that transports you straight back to your childhood memories of Christmas.

The staff are always engaging, enthusiastic and friendly towards the children and the quality of products is well worth the cost.

These, and the fact that it doesn’t seem like Christmas for us if we haven’t joined a kids cooking class and visited Santas grotto, are just some of the reasons why you should book a little Christmas magic for your children this year.
